Heavenly Matched created this Privacy Statement (Policy) in order to demonstrate our Company's commitment to helping our users better understand what information we collect about them and what may happen to that information. Collins McFarland Inc. is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build user's trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the site www.heavenlymatched.com. Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

As part of the normal operation of our services we collect and, in some cases, may disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you and what may happen to that information. By accepting this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of HeavenlyMatched Terms and Conditions.

A Special Note about Children
Children are not eligible to use our services, and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us.

Information Collection & Use

In order to use the HeavenlyMatched site, you must first complete the registration form and/or create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give personal information (such as name, age, and email address). We use this information to create a usable account for you as well as contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

Personal information is also collected for background checks for users. This is done on one of our web pages which is branded as "DateConfimation.com". This site provides users with background checks for other consenting users. The background check is performed by one of our service providers.

You have the option to provide demographic information (such as income level and gender) to us; we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you a more personalized experience on our site.

You agree that in order to assist our members to meet each other we may feature members' profiles in our editorials and newsletters that we send out from time to time to our members. Your name, address and telephone number are confidential and will not be posted in your profile. Your profile is available for other members to view. Members' profiles include a description and photos, likes and dislikes and other information helpful in determining matches. Your viewable profile does not include any identifying information about you, except the username you chose upon registering.

We use MediaVue Inc. to provide our web hosting. When you sign up as a HeavenlyMatched member, we will share your email address and demographics as necessary for the third party to provide that service. We use Card Service International to process your account payments. The background check service we offer is run through a service provider(Intelius). These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose; we use a third party advertising company, to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. The third party may also collect anonymous information about your visits to our Web site. This is primarily accomplished through the use of a technology device, commonly referred to as a Web beacon or an action tag, which we place on various Web pages within our Web site or in an html e-mail that allows Mediavue to collect anonymous information. Mediavue may use information about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide ads about goods and services of interest to you. Personal information is also collected from users who are applying to become affiliates. Standard registration and contact information is collected (such as name, address and phone number). Tax ID number and/or Social Security Number are pieces of information collected here as well for the purpose of reporting 1088 form for local and states taxes.

If you purchase a product or service from us (such as WebCam, membership renewals, or a background check), we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). If you wish to pay by check rather than credit card, you are required to provide us with your bank account information to help us process the order. This page also collects your driver's license number.

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Heavenly Matched may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests, member referrals or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information, such as name and shipping address, and demographic information (such as zip code).

We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests; that company will be prohibited from using our users' personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. HeavenlyMatched does not store this information; we merely use it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral rewards program.

Your friend may contact us at support@heavenlymatched.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

Third-party personal information is collected as well on the "Gift Membership" page. This page collects the third-party's name and email address for communication and gift delivery purposes only.

Communications from the Site

We will occasionally send you information on new services, special deals, and promotions. You can sign up for these emails from us on our registration page when applicable.

We use Mediavue Inc to provide Hosting, email services, and marketing for our site, and Card service International, to provide credit card and electronic check processing. Our services also include access to instant messaging and chat rooms. As a member you have access to the Member's ID number or name and you might gain access to other contact information of the Member(s) through the regular use of the instant messaging and chat rooms. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that, with respect to other Members' personally identifiable information that you obtain through instant messaging communication, the chat rooms and email, HeavenlyMatched hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) HeavenlyMatched related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, and (b) any other purpose that such member expressly agrees to after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). In all cases, you must give Members an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. If you use a instant messaging or chat room on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. To report spam from other HeavenlyMatched members, please contact us.

Following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration, which can be accessed at your "home page" as soon as you log in. You can also change your registration information such as: name, address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, profile, likes and dislikes, desired date profile and saved search criteria.

Upon your written request, we will suspend your membership, contact information, and financial information from our active databases. Such information will be suspended as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our suspension policy and applicable law. To remove your profile so that others cannot view it, email us at support@heavenlymatched.com, and enter "opt out of profile" in the subject line.

We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored 'back up' systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests, even though it will not be visible nor accessible to others.

You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, including fees. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your password or login information to any third parties. If you choose to share this information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password and therefore should review each third party's privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time based on your comments and our need to accurately reflect our data collection and disclosure practices. All changes to this policy are effective after we provide you with at least thirty days (30) notice of changes by sending email to members. We provide you with thirty days (30) notice to allow you the opportunity to notify HeavenlyMatched if you do not agree to such changes.

In the event Collins McFarland, Inc. goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via email and/or prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
